Purchasing additional credits
How to purchase additional credits when the need arise.
We're a small startup, and we're prioritizing features for troubleshooting over reducing payment friction. We'll get there soon.
Today, to purchase additional credits you'll need to speak to us directly. By speaking we mean the new form of speaking - simply by using the chat widget on the bottom right corner of the screen or just by contacting us via email.
A few things to note here:
- You can only purchase additional credits if you are on one of our paid plans. You can find our plans on our Pricing page
- Additional credits stay with you for as long as you have a paid plan
- Additional credits will only be used once your monthly credits are depleted
- Their price depends on the number of credits you plan on purchasing
- Plan ahead to make sure you have enough credits to use
