Onboarding to a paid account

How to onboard to one of our paid plans in rtcStats.

We're focused on making the in-product experience outstanding first. This means onboarding is currently a quick, personal conversation with our team rather than a self-service checkout.

Today, in order to onboard to a paid account you'll need to speak to us directly. By speaking we mean the new form of speaking - simply by using the chat widget on the bottom right corner of the screen or just by contacting us via email.

Payment can be made via PayPal (which allows credit cards) or wire transfer. You pick a plan, we send a payment link, you pay and receive a receipt. And then we manually configure your account (a process that can take anywhere between a minute to a few hours).

Our billing cycles are monthly in nature, with some tweaks...
