Description

It seems like the network used has no IPv4 available to it. This is just informational, as it may affect the ability to connect sessions on IPv4 networks.

What do we do here?

Check to see if we have any local ICE candidate with an IPv4 address. Assuming we have local ICE candidates but none with an IPv4 address, we raise this Observation.
