Incoming audio is too low

Last updated Applies tortcstats-enrichmentrtcstats.com

The incoming audio's volume is too low.

Description

We've noticed that the incoming audio's volume is too low.

This might be due to the remote's microphone or it might be due to a media server mixing or generating the audio on its own.

What do we do here?

We measure the incoming audio's volume. We compute the percent of volume level that is between 0.08 and 0.15 compared to the total active volume (> 0.08). We mark an observation when this value is greater than 66% of the call.
