Connection failed to establish
The peer connection has failed to establish.
Description
A Connection failure indicates that a peer connection never reached the connected state, and its final connection state was failed or disconnected. No usable media path was successfully negotiated. This is a high-severity connectivity issue.
Common causes include misconfigured STUN/TURN, firewall rules blocking ICE, or signaling errors.
What do we do here?
We look at all peer connections that never reached the connected state and ended with a failure. We mark an observation in this case.
