Description
The microphone and/or speaker that is used is a wireless/bluetooth device.
While this is likely intentional, it is known to cause issues from time to time:
- Higher latency on audio processing
- Audio disconnections when the battery is low on the device
- In large contact center it may also suffer from connectivity issues due flooding of network by a large number of wireless devices
What do we do here?
We check if the default or current device used is Bluetooth or wireless and mark it as an Observation.
