The priority of this ICE candidate.

The priority of the ICE candidate as computed by the ICE agent, following the formula in RFC 5245. Higher values indicate higher priority. The priority determines the order in which candidate pairs are tested during connectivity checks.
Defined in the W3C WebRTC Statistics specification.

- Priority is computed from candidate type preference (host > srflx > relay), local preference (interface ordering), and component ID
